Shipping and Handling
Domestic shipping within Australia
All domestic orders will be shipped free via Australia post with a tracking number of which you will be notified.
If what you have ordered is in stock please allow 3-5 business days for capital cities and a bit longer for regional areas for it to arrive.
If not in stock, please allow 2–3 weeks for us to specially make your order. Remember we aren’t a factory but a small operation run by one person with a couple of helpers, so please be patient.
All international orders will cost $28 AUS dollars for shipping and tracking. Depending where you live this could take up to 3 weeks, assuming we have the piece in stock.
If not in stock, please allow a further 2–3 weeks for us to specially make up your order.
Your piece will arrive carefully packaged with some extra information regarding the care of your new jewels. If you are local you are welcome to pop into Small Space any time with your purchase for a free ultrasonic clean.
Apologies, we can't offer that to everyone.
Returns and refunds
Please note we do not offer a refund because you have changed your mind but we will most certainly offer a refund, repair or replacement if the product arrives damaged.
Please return it in its original packaging within 10 working days of receiving it and we will repair or replace the item at no charge.
Please note that shipping is none refundable.
No item will be replaced or repaired if we deem there is evidence that the item has been worn or misused.

The price of insurance varies on the destination and the cost of the piece.
