This lovely subtle ring is set with a beautiful piece of Australian rainbow lattice sunstone, complimented with an ethically sourced black diamond and yellow citrine. Set in 9ct yellow gold.
Rainbow lattice sunstone is a relative newcomer to the gemstone world. Only discovered and recognised as a gem in its own right in 1985. Discovered by gemologist Darren Arthur and business partner Sonny Mason. It is only found in Australia in the Northern Territory around the Harts Ranges area and it is mined using hand tools.
Size N and a half. Band measures 2.8mm wide. Top configuration measures 17mm long x 12mm wide. It would make a beautiful alternative engagement ring, commitment ring or dress ring.
